By getting acquainted with this Privacy Policy, you are provided with the information on who is the administrator/ controller of your personal data, what personal data is collected by the Website, purposes for which it is used and how it is protected.

3. PDC processes your personal data in accordance with the following principles:
(i) on a legal basis and in compliance with the law (legality);
(ii) honestly and fairly (fairness);
(iii) transparently for the data subject (transparency);
(iv) for specific purposes and not “in case” (minimization);
(v) no more than necessary (adequacy);
(vi) with care for the data accuracy (accuracy);
(vii) no longer than necessary (timeliness);
(viii) ensuring appropriate data security (security).
§2. Purposes, Legal Bases and Scope of Data Processing
- PDC will process your personal data for the following purposes:
(i) for contact purposes, to respond to messages sent directly via e-mail or through a form, based on PDC’s legitimate interest in need to provide a response;
(ii) for technical purposes using technical cookies (session cookies), based on the PDC’s legitimate interest in the proper operation and functioning of the Website;
(iii) for statistical and analytical purposes, if you have given your consent for PDC to use cookies for analytical purposes (analytical cookies);
(iv) for marketing purposes, if you have given your consent for PDC to use cookies for marketing purposes (marketing cookies);

(ii) If you use the contact form on the PDC Website, PDC will process data in the form of your e-mail address and names. Providing this data is a condition for PDC to respond to your inquiry.
(iii) Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for responding to an e-mail or a request submitted through the contact form.

§4. Data Retention Period
PDC cannot determine the specific period, for which it will process your personal data. If you have provided your data in a contact form or e-mail message, your data will be processed until you request its deletion or object to its processing, but also once the PDC believes that its legitimate interest has been fulfilled, no longer, however, than for a period of 12 (twelve) months, or for the period resulting from legal provisions that oblige the PDC to retain personal data for a longer period of time.

- In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

(iii) the right to transfer data;
(iv) the right to object;
(v) the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data takes place in order for the PDC to perform its obligations to you, to comply with legal obligations towards government institutions, or to pursue PDC’s legitimate interests under the law. - You have the right to request PDC’s immediate deletion of your personal data, and PDS is obligated to promptly erase personal data if one of the following circumstances applies:
(i) the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
(ii) the data subject has withdrawn consent on which the processing is based;
